Soy candles are made with a
hydrogenated form of soybean oil, which is extracted from soybeans.
Soy wax is biodegradable, non - toxic and little soot is released
while burning. This makes soy wax a much cleaner alternative to
paraffin candles, which are petroleum based. Soy candles are water
- soluble, making clean up easy. Purchasing soy candles are also
very economical because soy burns cooler and can burn between 30% -
50% longer than paraffin. Not only is purchasing soy candles
economical, but it also supports the American farmer and the US
economy.
At Autum DeLites each candle is
hand-crafted and hand-poured with the utmost attention and care. We
believe in delivering the highest quality product, while
maintaining the integrity of the natural soy wax. We never use any
additives, or blend the wax with paraffin or other waxes. We use
only all-natural soy wax, that is Kosher, never dyed, and 100%
cotton wicks. The containers are chosen for their simplicity to
match any decor. All of our packaging is carefully selected and
supports post consumer rececyled materials, and can be
recycled.
At Autum DeLites we believe that fragrant candles should be fragrant. We use only premium grade fragrance oils, most of which are phthalate free and body safe. We test each fragrance before adding it to the line to ensure that it maintains the quality we are committed to. The best thing about the soy is that the candles burn fragrant, clean, and soft. We have a variety of fragrances to choose from to please every nose, and are always adding more throughout the year. We have also added our "Pure" candle for that person who is sensitive to any kind of fragrance, but still loves to burn candles!
